Sticky Jollof Ribs

Lets make some sweet & spicy Jollof Ribs Baby pork sticky ribs recipe:


  • 2 racks of ribs ~ 4 lbs
  • 1 jar Jollof Now
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 3 tbspn stock powder (bouillon)


  1. Prepare ribs by removing silver skin, all visible fat and cutting them into individual ribs
  2. In a bowl, combine all left over ingredients to form a marinade.
  3. Pour the marinade over the ribs and combine. Set in the fridge to marinate for 4 hours or overnight
  4. Preheat oven to 350F
  5. Place ribs into an oven safe pot (save excess marinade) and cook with closed lid for 2 hours.
  6. Remove the lid and excess fat / liquid from pot. Increase temperature to 400°F (200°C).
  7. Brush the ribs with some of the saved marinade sauce and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the ribs are sticky and caramelized.
  8. Garish and enjoy
