Atasu is absolutely delicious—I always keep a batch at home! Lately, I’ve been using it to elevate my Gizdodo recipe, and it’s a total game changer.
I’m giving this batch a 4-star rating because it felt a little different from previous ones—not quite as fried as I’m used to. That said, the flavor is still rich and satisfying.
