Sticky Jollof Ribs

Lets make some sweet & spicy Jollof Ribs Baby pork sticky ribs recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 racks of ribs ~ 4 lbs
- 1 jar Jollof Now
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 3 tbspn stock powder (bouillon)
Instructions:
- Prepare ribs by removing silver skin, all visible fat and cutting them into individual ribs
- In a bowl, combine all left over ingredients to form a marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the ribs and combine. Set in the fridge to marinate for 4 hours or overnight
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Place ribs into an oven safe pot (save excess marinade) and cook with closed lid for 2 hours.
- Remove the lid and excess fat / liquid from pot. Increase temperature to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush the ribs with some of the saved marinade sauce and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the ribs are sticky and caramelized.
- Garish and enjoy
